Great question! Pronounced (REE-MEE) was created by our founder, Yen. It's a blend of two words:

"re" redefining the way we experience sustainable beauty,

"me" embracing sensitive skin and finding beauty within all of us.

Our primary focus is sensitive skin. Our founder's personal journey, driven by her husband's struggle with eczema, led her to create products designed to cater to the unique needs of sensitive skin. Inclusivity is at the core of what we do, ensuring that everyone can benefit from skincare that prioritises gentleness and effectiveness.

As a community, we open our hears to every person, regardless of their gender, ability, identity or expression.

Our wash-off products contain only natural colours and scents and as a result of the natural origin of ingredients we use, may result to some batches having variations in colour and odour depending on the batch. Don’t worry! This will never affect their effectiveness or safety.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the order details once we receive your order confirmation. However, we can cancel your order within 30 mins after your order confirmation.

• This could be because you have placed an order that is 2kg or above weight (this is calculated only at checkout).
• Unfortunately, we're unable ship over 2kg's in one order, as the courier company we use can only deliver <2kg per order.
• If you need to place orders of 2kg and above, you would need to create new order/s to reduce the weight down to below 2kg per order (ie below 10 items)

All Reme packaging is crafted with recycled paper and printed with soy-ink, designed to be 100% recyclable, depending on your local regulations.
