Great question! Pronounced (REE-MEE) was created by our founder, Yen. It's a blend of two words:

"Re" Prefix: Re-imagine the way we experience sustainable beauty.

"Me" 1st-person: The understanding that Inner Beauty begins with “me.”

And understanding that inner beauty is born from not only caring about ourselves and others but caring about the planet through our actions. 

Our primary focus is sensitive skin. Our founder's personal journey, driven by her husband's struggle with eczema-prone skin, led her to create products designed to cater to the unique needs of sensitive skin. Inclusivity is at the core of what we do, ensuring that everyone can benefit from skincare that prioritises gentleness and effectiveness.

As a community, we open our hears to every person, regardless of their gender, ability, identity or expression.

Whether you understand the world’s current climate issues or are just aware of them, Reme products are formulated for everyone to enrich their rituals by making better choices for themselves and the world through beauty.  

Obsessed would be an understatement regarding how we view sustainably sourced ingredients (we call it conscious chemistry) by harnessing the power of botanicals mixed with responsibly sourced synthetic ingredients.

We are strong believers in the science behind all matters on this earth. That is why we don’t focus on organic or all-natural formulas, instead opting for natural, safe-synthetic ingredients. We blend the best of both worlds at a biocompatible balance to ensure our products perform and feel the best.

Why do we add safe-synthetic ingredients? Because we know how effective they can be with your skin’s chemistry. We don’t add them unknowingly, instead opting to source safe and tested synthetics that are responsibly produced through reputable suppliers we trust.

Our founder’s background in raw material science has allowed us to understand that effective doses can have major benefits for your skin, it's a matter of how you utilise them.

As a general rule of thumb, topical skin care products not prescribed by your doctor are safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. We always encourage you to speak to your doctor and take the precautionary steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy for you and your baby.

We want you to feel confident that you’re using only the best products for you and your precious little one!  

Our wash-off products mainly contain natural colors and scents and as a result of the natural origin ingredients we use there maybe some variations in colour and odour depending on the batch. Don’t worry! This will never affect their effectiveness or safety.

Our cosmetics may contain safe-synthetic colourants and fragrances to boost it's colour pay-off and performance while giving the formulation a longer lasting wear.

We currently only ship to Australia, Singapore & United States

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the order details once we receive your order confirmation. However, we can cancel your order within 30 mins after your order confirmation.  

Please email hello@remebeauty.com within 30 mins after you receive the order confirmation and put in the subject line "Cancellation with your full name and order number"  

Once we have been notified that your order has been cancelled, you may place a new order with the updated details.

We understand that skin chemistry is complex and that our products and ingredients may react differently to each individual. We’re also extremely conscious of reducing our carbon footprint and how physical returns can impact the environment.

We approach all refunds on a case-by-case basis to make the best decision for everyone.

All Reme packaging is crafted with recycled paper and printed with soy-ink, designed to be 100% recyclable, depending on your local regulations.

We highly encourage you to check out your local recycling regulations to ensure they accept the plastic materials we’ve crafted our packaging with.
