Great question! Pronounced (REE-MEE) was created by our founder, Yen. It's a blend of two words:

"re" redefining the way we experience sustainable beauty,

"me" embracing sensitive skin and finding beauty within all of us.

Our primary focus is sensitive skin in all skin types. Our founder's personal journey, driven by her husband's struggle with eczema, led her to create products designed to cater to the unique needs of sensitive skin.

The sensitive skincare market is overwhelming. With so many products and confusing claims and debates over to use all natural vs. synthetic, it’s easy to damage your skin barrier and lose confidence in the quest for “perfect skin.”

At Reme, we make skincare fun and simple with balanced formulas that support long-term skin-barrier health, not quick fixes.

As a general rule of thumb, topical skin care products not prescribed by your doctor are safe to use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. We always encourage you to speak to your doctor and take the precautionary steps to ensure a healthy pregnancy for you and your baby.

Our wash-off products contain only natural colours and scents and as a result of the natural origin of ingredients we use, may result to some batches having variations in colour and odour depending on the batch. Don’t worry! This will never affect their effectiveness or safety.

Unfortunately, we cannot amend the order details once we receive your order confirmation. However, we can cancel your order within 30 mins after your order confirmation.  

Please email hello@remebeauty.com within 30 mins after you receive the order confirmation and put in the subject line "Cancellation with your full name and order number"  

Once we have been notified that your order has been cancelled, you may place a new order with the updated details.

• This could be because you have placed an order that is 2kg or above weight (this is calculated only at checkout).
• Unfortunately, we're unable ship over 2kg's in one order, as the courier company we use can only deliver <2kg per order.
• If you need to place orders of 2kg and above, you would need to create new order/s to reduce the weight down to below 2kg per order (ie below 10 items)
