PLASTIC NEUTRAL: RE.MOVE & RE.USE
We're proud partners of rePurpose Global Plastic Neutral Coalition to stop ocean-bound plastic waste from leaking into Indonesia's coastlines of West Java, protecting its beautiful biodiversity by converting low-value plastic doomed for landfill into shipping pallets and contributing to a circular economy.
For every product we sell, we fund programmes partners like Waste4Change and Re>Pal to recover from nature and recycle, equal to the amount we use in our plastic packaging and operations.

CONSCIOUS CHEMISTRY
When we formulate our products in the lab, we’re not only considering your experience and how these products work alongside your skin. We’re firm believers in sourcing ethical and renewable ingredients in partnership with eco-forward suppliers and manufacturers.
We believe a little goes a long way. Where possible, we prioritise sustainably sourced ingredients following green chemistry principles such as upcycled ingredients from other industries, supporting stable income for local producers, and leveraging lab-grown plant biotechnology to reduce and even eliminate waste and pollutants.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
We're constantly looking for ways to keep our packages far from landfills. One of the ways we're doing this is by taking old plastic and transforming it into something functional and new.
Currently, each Reme product packaging uses a stable percentage of post-consumer recyclables (PCR) plastic blended with virgin plastic for better stability that can be partially or fully recycled (always check with your local recycling centre).
Our product cartons are FSC certified, made with 100% recycled paper and printed with soy-based ink.

Plastic-Negative
As we're starting out on being Plastic Neutral first, our goal is to be Plastic Negative by 2027.
This means we will fund community programmes to collect and reuse 2x more the equivalent amount of plastic waste we produce from nature.

Climate Neutral
Cutting our carbon footprint is the most impactful way we know how to contribute to climate change. That is why we're working hard to calculate our carbon footprint throughout every stage of our product's life cycle.
This careful calculation will allow us to steadily reduce our carbon footprint in every aspect as we work towards becoming Climate Neutral 2027.

We will be announce exciting partnerships with animal and biodiversity protection initiatives by 2027.
