Anyone whose skin reacts to products sold as "gentle". If everything stings, your face feels tight after cleansing, or you've stopped trusting labels, we make this for you. 

Many in our community have eczema-prone, redness-prone or reactive skin. We keep the range small on purpose: fewer, smarter products, each with one clear job.

Yes we are PETA certified vegan and cruelty -free. We never test on animals, and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Reme started at home. Our founder made the first cleanser for her husband, whose skin reacted to cleanser after cleanser through eczema and TSW. So we formulate for skin like his: no added fragrance, no sulfates, no harsh surfactants. 

Our cleansers aren't a treatment, and every skin is different. Patch test first, avoid open or broken skin, and check with your doctor if you use prescribed treatments.

We'd rather explain our ingredients than lean on the word "natural". We pair sustainably sourced plant extracts with biotech-derived ingredients, like ferments and lab-refined actives. We call it Green Biotech Balance™. Biotech helps every batch feel the same, which matters when your skin notices every change. 

Lots of people simplify their routine during pregnancy, so we get why you're checking. We can't give medical advice, so please show the full ingredient list (on each product page) to your doctor or midwife. They'll know what's right for you.

A fair worry if your skin has reacted before. Both cleansers rinse off completely, so nothing sits on your skin all day. Every skin is different, so we can't promise it will suit everyone. 

Patch test on your jawline for a few days first. And if it's your first order, our 14-day guarantee has you covered.

We use plant extracts and ferments, which shift slightly from batch to batch, a bit like fruit from season to season. We don't add synthetic colour or fragrance to cover that up. It doesn't change how the formula works. If something looks or smells very different from your last bottle, email us the batch number and we'll check.

Yes, within 30 minutes of your order confirmation. Email hello@remebeauty.com with the subject 

"Cancellation – [your name] – [order number]". 

After that, your order is usually already being packed, so we can't change it. We know that's frustrating, sorry.

We pack orders within 1–2 business days, not counting weekends or public holidays in Australia and Singapore. 

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Delivery time depends on where you are, so the tracking link is your best guide.

Trying something new is a risk when your skin has been let down before. So on your first Reme order, you have 14 days to try it.

Our tubes and jars use PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic, and our cartons are FSC-certified recycled card. Cartons can go in paper recycling. 

For tubes and jars, rinse them out and check your local council or town's rules, as they vary.
